Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, all orders placed with Bazaarica Cosmatic are shipped via Express Shipping at no extra charge to you.

What are the estimated delivery times after shipment?

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location: UK & Europe: 2-5 business days U.S. / Canada: 2-5 business days UAE, Oman, Bahrain: 4-9 business days Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon: 5-12 business days Rest of the World: 2-4 business days

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes, each order is shipped with a tracking number via DHL Express or Aramex. You’ll receive your tracking number promptly after your order is shipped. You can track your order by creating an account on our website or by contacting us.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. However, once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is shipped, modifications are not possible. However, before receiving a shipment confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched, please contact us to request changes to your delivery address.

For UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon: We can accommodate delivery address changes.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will be displayed in the checkout page after entering your country details. Import fees are not included in shipping rates and may be charged by your country’s customs authorities.

Damaged items
